H2O

Water, our bodies crave this vital element. Our lips become dry and our mouths parched. Thirst is a basic human desire. Without water plants wither up and die. Without water humans also will die.
I challenge YOU to start and end every day with a glass of water.
By substituting your usual soda for water you could lose 20 pounds or more in a year. I personally know people who have done it. Soda's have absolutely no nutritional value, read the ingredients on your soda and be brutally honest; Do you know what that stuff is or what happens when you digest it? Full of toxins and carcinogens sodas truly have nothing beneficial to offer you. If it's the caffeine you are after, have some tea or coffee. Green tea and Black tea both contain antioxidants, whats that? Antioxidants Clean up the bad stuff in your body, they are like the janitor of your body system. Increase the antioxidants and decrease the bad stuff (toxins and cancer cells).
Think about your vehicle, You fill it up with gas and it takes you where you need to go. Now what if you decided your car doesn't want gas today, it doesn't have any flavor. Your car wants antifreeze in the gas tank because its sweeter. Do you think your car is going to run very well, or run at all? Our bodies are the same, we are designed to be fueled with water not Coke and Dr. Pepper. Take my challenge and trade your soda in for water. Drink H2O every morning and every night before you go to bed. WATER to make YOU - Only Better!
